(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (1328)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at East Markham in the
District of Bassetlaw: -
1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of roads:
Tuxford Road, East Markham (the west side)
• From its Junction with Priestgate Road in a Southerly direction for 15 meters.
2. Bus Stop Clearway (No Stopping at any time except buses) along the following lengths of road:- Mark Lane, East Markham (the north side)
• From a point opposite a point 48 metres east of its junction with Tuxford Road in an easterly direction for 19 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 21ST AUGUST 2026
