ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – DOVER HOUSE ROAD SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Dover House Road to facilitate Cadet gas utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Dover House Road from the Junction of Putney Heath to the junction of Westmead. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 18 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 July 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – KIMBER ROAD SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Kimber Road to facilitate parking restrictions for Southern Gas Networks utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Kimber Road, there will be additional parking restrictions introduced for the duration as follows:

    • Temporary double yellow lines will be installed on both sides of Kimber Road between Lyddon Grove and Garratt Lane,

    • Between Lyddon Grove and Twiley Street, temporary double yellow lines will be added to the even number side, the opposite side of the road to the parking bays.

    • From the mini roundabout at the junction of Burr Road to the junction of Merton Road A218, temporary double yellow lines will be in place on both sides of the road.

    • In addition to these temporary double yellow lines, the parking bays along King Georges Park will be suspended on both sides of the road.

  • Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. The order will come into operation on 17 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 4 September 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Clarendon Drive to facilitate Removal of a Tower Crane.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Clarendon Drive, between the junction with Gamlen Road and the junction with Charlmont Road. There will be no waiting 07:00 -19:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 11 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 11 July 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Kelmscot Road to facilitate a Mobile Crane Operation.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Kelmscot Road from the junction with Bolingbroke Grove to the junction with Northcote Road, the footway adjacent to the Crane will also be closed for the duration of the works. Pedestrian access will be maintained via banksmen. There will be no waiting 08:00 -16:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 6 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 6 July 2026.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place on Mitcham Lane, the footway & cycle lane will be closed outside numbers 130-136. There will be no waiting 08:00 -13:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Stag Lane in the northbound direction between lamp columns 16-20. The footway will also be closed for the duration of the works. There will be no waiting 07:00 - 17:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Stewarts Road from the junction with Wandsworth Road to the junction with Ascalon Street. There will be no waiting 01:00 - 06:00 (Nightworks).

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
