- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 30 June 2026 they made the above-named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- The general effect of the Order is to facilitate the holding of the “Teddington Fair” event in Twickenham.
- From 8am until 8pm on Sunday 05 July 2026, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Langham Road, in the parking bay in front of the dropped kerb opposite no 16 Langham Road Teddington so that access can be maintained to and from Udney Hall Gardens.
- Nothing in this Order will apply to:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable, Police Community Support Officer or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
(b) any vehicle being used by a statutory undertaker, whereby it is necessary by reason of an emergency, for that vehicle to have access to part of the street under restriction;
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes. - The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
- Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that due to facilitate essential maintenance works on Hampton level crossing they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Percy Road, Hampton and waiting restrictions in Ashley Road, Station Approach and Milton Road, Hampton.
- Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Percy Road, Hampton between its junctions with Ashley Road and Station Road. These restrictions will apply at any time and when prescribed traffic signs are displayed.
- Between 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in:-
a) Ashley Road, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junctions with Percy Road and Milton Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed;
b) Station Approach, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junctions with Ashley Road and Tudor Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed; or
c) Milton Road, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junction with Ashley Road and the party wall of Nos. 72 and 74 Milton Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed. - The road closure will be in force from 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026.
- Whilst the Hampton Level Crossing in Percy Road is closed an alternative route for traffic will be via Ashley Road, Station Approach, Tudor Road and Station Road in both directions. Access to residents will be maintained.
- The works are anticipated to be in progress overnight from 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency. - Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

PROPOSED ZEBRA CROSSINGS
LONSDALE ROAD, BARNES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames under powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to introduce zebra crossings in Lonsdale Road, Barnes.
The first crossing will be sited outside No. 273 Lonsdale Road, and the control area will be from the south-western kerb-line of Gerard Road, extending north-eastwards for approximately 41 metres.
The second crossing will be sited in Lonsdale Road at the rear of Nos. 3 ad 4 Walnut Tree Close and the control area will be from a point south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Walnut Tree Close extending north-eastwards for approximately 50 metres.
A drawing showing the proposed design will be available for public inspection for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice, quoting reference 26/111:-
(a) at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; or
(b) may be viewed on the Council’s website at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices
Persons wishing to comment regarding the proposals should write to the Director of Highways and Street Scene, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Temporary Parking Restrictions & Road Closures Various Roads in the Borough

- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.
- Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The parking restrictions and road closures will operate on a rolling basis.
- The order will come into effect on 15 July 2026. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 July until 23 February 2027. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
