(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is given that the Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1984") and of all other powers them enabling and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below.
A copy of the draft Order, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected on the Council's Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros
Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 27th July 2026.

Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading at Any Time
1.1 Heol Jersey, Cwmavon - South East Side From its junction with the North eastern kerb line of Ebbw Vale Row for a distance of approximately 46 metres in a North easternly direction.
1.2 Heol Jersey, Cwmavon - South East Side
From its junction with the South western kerb line of Ebbw Vale Row for a distance of approximately 12 metres in a South westerly direction.
1.3 Heol Jersey, Cwmavon - East Side
From its junction with the Northern kerb line of Heol Yr Orsaf for a distance of approximately 8 metres Northern direction.
1.4 Heol Yr Orsaf, Cwmavon - North Side
From its junction with the Eastern kerb line of Heol Jersey for a distance of approximately 25 metres in an Easterly direction.
1.5 Heol Yr Orsaf, Cwmavon- South Side
From its junction with the South eastern kerb line of Heol Jersey for a distance of approximately 42 metres in an Easterly, then Southerly and then North easterly direction.
1.6 Ebbw Vale Row, Cwmavon - South West Side
From its junction with the Eastern kerb line of Heol Jersey for a distance of approximately 5 metres in a South easterly direction.
1.7 Ebbw Vale Row, Cwmavon - North East Side
From its junction with the Eastern kerb line of Heol Jersey for a distance of approximately 8 metres in a South easterly direction.
