TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U4538 JUBILEE AVENUE, STOWMARKET
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4538 Jubilee Avenue, Stowmarket from the junction with Combs Lane to no. 13 to facilitate overhead cabling works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Jubilee Avenue, Edgar Avenue, Poplar Hill, Combs Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 06/07/2026 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF BUS LANE ON PART OF THE B1075 PRINCES STREET, IPSWICH
Suffolk County Council has made an order suspending the bus lane on the B1075 Princes Street, Ipswich from Burrell Road to Chancery Road to facilitate water works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
It is intended that this measure will operate from 06/07/2026 - 10/07/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF PROHIBITION OF ENTRY ON PART OF
THE U5436 CROSSING ROAD AND THE C550 THE GREEN, PALGRAVE
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads in the following phases:
- the U5436 Crossing Road, Palgrave from Upper Rose Lane for 115 metres south eastbound.
- the C550 The Green, Palgrave from Upper Rose Lane to Forge Close.
This is to facilitate the installation of electricity cables. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion routes will be:
- Upper Rose Lane, Lion Road, the A143 and vice versa
- Upper Rose Lane, Priory Road and versa.
For the duration of the phase 2 closure there will be a temporary suspension of the no entry Order on the C550 The Green, Palgrave at the junction with Priory Road to allow access and egress.
It is intended that these measures will operate from:
- 06/07/2026 - 24/07/2026
- 27/07/2026 - 14/08/2026.
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

- U5932 The Broadway, Badwell Ash from the junction with The Street for 130 metres eastbound.

The diversion routes will be:
- for The Street - Ixworth Road, Walsham Le Willows, Walsham Road, Ixworth, the A143, the A1088 and vice versa.
