HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn Bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:
1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20fed Gorffennaf 2026 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau ar 20fed Gorffennaf 2026, gan weithio rhwng 10:00-17:00.
2. Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i wneud gwaith yn gosod polion mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o Heol Llanhennwg Uchaf, Llanhennwg, Sir Fynwy, ~175m o’r gyffordd gyda Heol Glen Usk am ~350m.
4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: Heol Glen Usk, R106 Pont Sor i Coed Clomendy Farm, R106 Coed Clomendy Farm i Heol Treherbert, Heol Duffs ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
5. Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Llanhennwg Uchaf, Llanhennwg, Sir Fynwy 2026.
6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
1. The Order shall come into operation on the 20th July 2026 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 20th July 2026, operating between 10:00-17:00.
2. The order is necessary for Poling works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of Llanhennock Top Road, Llanhennock, Monmouthshire, ~175m from its junction with Glen Usk Road for ~350m.
4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- Glen Usk Road, R106 Sor Bridge to Clomendy Wood Farm, R106 Clomendy Wood Farm to Treherbert Road, Duffs Road and vice versa.
5. This order may be cited as the Llanhennock Top Road, Llanhennock, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2026
6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
