Public Notice Given Under Section 123(2a) - Of The Local Government Act 1972 - Notice Of Intention Of Disposal Of Open Space Land

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The London Borough of Brent ("the Council") intends to dispose part of an area of public open space being land at Grove Park Pavilion and Car Park, Grove Park, London NW9 0JP. The area of the proposed disposal comprises approximately 675 square metres of open space.

Copy of a plan showing the approximate position of the affected land may be inspected free of charge on reasonable notice during normal office hours from Monday to Friday at: Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ, (save for bank holidays).

By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention of the disposal of public open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.

Any objection or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to: pam@brent.gov.uk, no later than midnight on the 16th July 2026.

The grounds for any objection should be stated.
