What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - As Amended By The Road Traffic - (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 - Section 14(1) - Temporary Road Closure The Burroughs NW4

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate traffic management for electrical works to be carried out on Watford Way, they intend to make an Order which will close The Burroughs, between that length of the southbound exit slip road on Watford Way and between its junctions with Endersleigh Gardens and Grove Gardens, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Monday 20th July 2026 at 8:00pm and is expected to last for 1 night, with a contingency date of 23rd July 2026.

The alternative route for motorists will be via: A41 Watford Way, (northbound) slip road, Great North Way Gyratory, A41 Watford Way (southbound).

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
