Barnet - Changes To Controlled Parking Zone Parking Permit Eligibility

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The Barnet (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.*) Order 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46A 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The general effect of the Charged-for Order would be to add, remove and amend addresses to the Traffic Management Order schedule where it is considered properties should be eligible to apply for Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) parking permits and visitor vouchers, as follows:

The Existing Range Of Addresses Will Be Amended To Include The Following:

For The Below CPZS The Following Roads Will Be Included For Permit Eligibility.
Zone (D) Chipping Barnet CPZ Nos. 1 to 4 Normandy Mansions
Zone (E) Mill Hill CPZ Mill Hill Synagogue, Station Road, NW7 2JU
Zone (HC2) Hendon CPZ Chapel Walk (excluding Chapel House)

For The Below CPZS The Following Addresses Will Be Excluded And Therefore Not Eligible For Permits.
Zone (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ Nos. 224-224a, High Street
Zone (CE) Church End CPZ The Lodge, Long Lane
Zone (CE) Church End CPZ No. 262 Regents Park Road
Zone (CE) Church End CPZ Nos. 401 to 405 Nether Street
Zone (FN) North Finchley CPZ Nos. 53, 55, 362 and 364 Ballards Lane
Zone (FN) North Finchley CPZ Nos. 53 and 55 Stanhope Road
Zone (G) Golders Green CPZ Nos. 10-14 Accommodation Road
Zone (H) Golders Green CPZ Nos. 35 and 37 Ravenscroft Avenue
Zone (HC2) Hendon CPZ Nos. 25-27 Ravenshurst Avenue

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objections/comments, and quoting reference number: - SCR726 (Parking Permits), to The Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW, or via: parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk, within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
