Ar 26 Mehefin 2026, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Adrannau 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill Orchymyn y mae ei effaith wedi’i nodi isod:
I. Ni chaiff neb beri na chaniatáu i unrhyw gerbyd ddefnyddio neu fynd ar hyd y lôn fysus sydd wedi’i lleoli ar Rodfa Bute ar ochr dde-ddwyreiniol y lôn gerbydau sy’n teithio tua’r de/gorllewin, o bwynt 28 o fetrau i’r gogleddddwyrain o bwynt gyferbyn â llinell balmant ogleddol/ dwyreiniol Heol Mary Ann, i bwynt 1.5 metr i’r gogleddddwyrain o bwynt gyferbyn â llinell balmant ogleddddwyreiniol Heol Mary Ann.
II. Ni chaiff neb ddefnyddio na mynd ymlaen ar hyd y llwybr troed ar ochr y de ar Rodfa Bute o’r man croesi am bellter o 40 metr i gyfeiriad y de/gorllewin Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw iddi, a bydd yn dod i rym 27 Mehefin 2026 a bydd ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.
Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith.
Enw’r Gorchymyn fydd “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Rhodfa Bute, Caerdydd) (Cau Lôn Fysus a Throedffordd Dros Dro) 2026”.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (BUTE TERRACE, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY BUS LANE AND FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On the 26th June 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the effect of which is stated below:
I. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to use or proceed along the bus lane situate on Bute Terrace on its south-east side of the south/westbound Carriageway, from a point 28 metres north-east of a point opposite the north/eastern Kerb-line of Mary Anne Street, to a point 1.5 metres north-east of a point opposite the north-eastern Kerb-line of Mary Anne Street
II. No person shall use or proceed along the southside footpath on Bute Terrace from the crossing point for a distance of 40 metres in a south/westerly direction The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the highway and will come into operation on 27th June 2026 and will be in operation for a maximum period of 18 months.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices.
The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Bute Terrace, Cardiff) (Temporary Bus Lane and Footway Closure) Order 2026”.
