What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(BRASSINGTON AVENUE, SUTTON TRINITY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

• To introduce No Waiting at Any Time on BRASSINGTON AVENUE, SUTTON TRINITY (access to the new retail store) between the junctions of Manor Road and Park Road

Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plan and a statement of the Council's reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Syed Hassan Tel: 0121 303 5157: email: syed.hassan@birmingham.gov.uk).

Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Director — Infrastructure and Sustainability, Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 24th July 2026.
