Brent - Temporary Road Closure Due To Electrical Connection Works
What is happening?
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) - Chantry Close (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of The London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a new electrical connection and associated works in Chantry Close, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Chantry Close, which lies between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 31 and 33 Chantry Close and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 34 and 35 Chantry Close,
when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to above would apply between 14th July 2026 and 18th July 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Chantry Close would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
