ORDER 2026

PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make the following Order under
Sections 1, 2,124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984. The effect of the Order is as follows:
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON)
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND
STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 2)
ORDER 2026
This Order will prohibit any vehicle to:
i. wait for a period longer than 2 hours with no return within
1 hour between 7:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to
Saturday and between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Sunday in
parts of Bank Street (Bradley), as specified on the Plan.
A copy of the Order, Statement of Reasons and Plan
showing the parts of the roads affected by the Order may
be inspected during normal office hours at Main Reception,
Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton or
viewed online at , or

Any objection(s) to the proposed Order should be made in
writing to the undersigned by Friday 24 July 2026 stating
