What is happening?
THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND (NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) (BEXHILL ROAD, SUNDERLAND) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 20--
NOTICE is given that Sunderland City Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, by virtue of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act. The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a no waiting at any time restriction along the north side of Bexhill Road, Sunderland, from a point 21.5 metres east of the extended party property boundary of 20 & 22 Bexhill Road, for a distance of 25.0 metres in an easterly direction. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected during normal opening hours at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA, until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to proceed to make the Order. Objections relating to the Order must be made in writing to E. Waugh, Assistant Director of Law and Governance at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA or via email at: statutoryorders
