(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PENDLE, PENDLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS 26-27 NO1A) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council proposed to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. Following consultation carried out between 19th June 2026 and 17th July 2026, it is now intended to modify the proposed Order as titled above, as set out below.
Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Chapel Street, Brierfield, the north side, from a point 5.5 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Livingstone Street for a distance of 7.5 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Pendle Lane, Fence, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Wheatley Lane Road for a distance of 28 metres in a north-westerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website

Any representations or objections (specifying the grounds on which they are made) relating to the proposal must be made in writing and should be sent to The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, P O Box 100, County Hall, Preston PR1 0LD or by e-mail to
