DELETION OF PART OF FP1304124 OFF KEIGHLEY ROAD, COLNE
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on the 18 June 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the area, by deleting:
The full unrecorded width of part of the public footpath recorded as FP1304124 from a point on FP1304124 10 metres south east of its junction with Skipton Old Road just inside the boundary fence of 38 Skipton Old Road running in a south easterly direction to a point within the adopted highway U40326 between the rear of 241 and 243 Keighley Road.
The route to be deleted is shown between point A and point B on the Order Map with a broken black line.

Any representations about, or objections to the Order may be sent in writing by email to
or by letter to Ansar Sadiq, Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston, PR1 0LD (REF: LSG4/888.3769/AS002) not later than 14 August 2026 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Lancashire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
