(VILLAGE END) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above order made by Cornwall Council on 30 June 2026 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confirmed, divert a length of Public Footpath created by another Order in the Parish of St Keyne and Trewidland commencing at its junction with a length of Public Footpath in St Keyne and Trewidland created by another Order approximately 138m west-north-west of ‘Village End’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SX 25285/59648 then continuing in a generally easterly direction for a distance of 55 metres to a point where it terminates at its junction with part of Footpath 9 St Keyne and Trewidland approximately 97m north-west of ‘Village End’ at OSGR SX 25338/59661 and a length of Public Footpath Number 9 in the Parish of St Keyne and Trewidland commencing at its junction with a length of Public Footpath in St Keyne and Trewidland created by another Order approximately 97m north-west of ‘Village End’ at OSGR SX 25338/59661 then continuing in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of 71 metres to a point where it terminates at its junction with part of Footpath 9 St Keyne and Trewidland to be retained approximately 89m north-north-west of ‘Village End’ at OSGR SX 25387/59706 to a revised line commencing at its junction with a length of Public Footpath created by another Order in the Parish of St Keyne and Trewidland to be retained approximately 138m west-north-west of ‘Village End’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SX 25285/59648 then continuing in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of 121 metres terminating at its junction with part of Footpath 9 St Keyne and Trewidland to be retained approximately 89m north-north-west of ‘Village End’ at OSGR SX 25387/59706.

also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Liskeard Library and Information Service, Barras Street, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 6AB
between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm
on Saturdays.

obtained free of charge from proworders@cornwall.gov.uk.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Officer at Public Rights of Way, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, TR1 3AY or by email to proworders@cornwall.gov.uk. (quoting reference HAD 323) no later than
Wednesday 05 August 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are
made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any
so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
