What is happening?
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order
the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public
Footpath CL16/1 commencing from ST64475687 and proceeding in a generally NE
direction for approx 94m to ST64525693.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be altering the line of an outfall pipe.
The Order will come into force on 3rd August 2026 and will be effective for two days. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Oxleaze Way - Caxton Close – Public Footpath CL16/3 – Public Footpath CL16/1. Vice Versa
