What is happening?

(HAZELDENE ROAD ETC, SHELDON)
(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of HAZELDENE ROAD and TALLINGTON ROAD.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, may be examined (by appointment) during normal working hours at Sheldon Ranger Hub, Sheldon Country Park, Ragley Drive B26 3TU.
The proposals are also available on https://www.birminghambeheard.org.uk/, or on request via email (contact sheldoncountryparkconsultation@birmingham.gov.uk) or by calling 0121 303 2469.
Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Director – Infrastructure and Sustainability, Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE, visit BeHeard, or email sheldoncountryparkconsultation@birmingham.gov.uk, stating the grounds for objection by 23rd July 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of MONMOUTH DRIVE, JEVONS ROAD, DUNCHURCH CRESCENT, CLIFTON ROAD, and STONEHOUSE ROAD.
2. To introduce No Waiting 9am-3pm restrictions on lengths of JEVONS ROAD and DUNCHURCH CRESCENT
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, may be examined (by appointment) during normal working hours at: Sutton Park Visitors Centre, Park Road, Sutton Coldfield B74 2YT.
