South Street - Proposed Amendments To Loading Bays

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Enfield (the Council) propose to make the Enfield (Goods Vehicle Loading Bay) (No. *) Traffic Order 202 under section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce two new Goods Vehicle Loading Bays on South Street, the north-east side:-
(a) opposite No. 169 South Street and;
(b) at a point 20.00 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Woodcock Way and;
(c) would be in operation ‘at any time’ with a maximum stay of 40 minutes and no return within one hour for the purpose of loading and unloading.

2. 3. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order or make any other representations must do so by midnight on 26th July 2026. Any such objection or any representation must be in writing, quoting reference: - TG52/1616, and must state the grounds on which it is made. Objections or representations can be made in any of the following ways:
