Sunninghill Road - Temporary Road Closure Due To Tree Removal Works
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
(B3020 SUNNINGHILL ROAD (PART), SUNNINGHILL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of the B3020 Sunninghill Road from the northern boundary of No. 1 Kingswick Drive southward to the southern junction of Kingswick Drive.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via B3020 Sunninghill Road, B3020 High Street, B3020 Bagshot Road, A330 Brockenhurst Road, A330 Station Hill, A329 High Street, A329 London Road and B3020 Sunninghill Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate works in the said road, namely tree removal and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order shall be in operation between 09:00 hours and 15:30 hours on Friday 3 July 2026.
Vehicles will be prohibited when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
