TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: No parking – no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE: Lymington Road from the rear property boundary of Nos. 3/5 Beacon Drive to its junction with Wharncliffe Road, and from the property boundary of Nos. 255/257 to the property boundary of Nos. 263/265
WHY: This is to facilitate telecoms maintenance works by Openreach
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 29th July 2026 until 4th August 2026
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
