1. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing made the above-titled Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to: (a) on a length or lengths of: (1) Adelaide Cottages to substitute a length of an existing permit parking place and replace with double yellow lines;
(2) Boston Road to substitute a length of an existing 'free THEN charged' parking place with loading place operational at any time and with at any time and with double yellow lines;
(3) Boston Road to substitute an existing permit parking places with at any time and with double yellow lines and a loading restriction to operate 7-10 am and 4-7pm (daily);
(4) Boston Road to substitute existing yellow lines with a permit parking place;
(5) Boston Road to substitute existing permit parking places with at any time and with double yellow lines and a loading restriction to operate 7-10 am and 4-7pm (daily);
(6) Boston Road to substitute a length of an existing 'free THEN charged' parking place with a loading place operational at any time;
(7) Boston Road to substitute and exiting permit parking place with a two-way segregated cycle lane;
(8) Boston Road to substitute a length of an existing permit parking place by relocating an existing disabled bay; (9) Chepstow Road to substitute lengths of an existing shared use parking place and replace with double yellow lines;
(10) Elthorne Park Road to substitute a length of existing shared use parking place and replace with double yellow lines;
(11) Haslemere Avenue to substitute lengths of existing free parking place parking place and replace with double yellow lines;
(12) Lower Boston Road to substitute lengths of existing permit parking place and replace with double yellow lines and a loading restriction to operate 7-10 am and 4-7 pm (daily);
(13) St Marks Road to substitute lengths of existing permit parking place and replace with double yellow lines;
(14) Westlea Road to substitute a length of existing double yellow lines with a disabled bay;
(15) Westminster Road to substitute lengths of existing permit parking place and replace with double yellow lines.
(b) on lengths of Adelaide Cottages, Boston Road, Cambridge Road, Cawdor Crescent, Chepstow Road, Christopher Avenue, Clitherow Avenue, Cumberland Road, Elthorne Avenue, Elthorne Park Road, Heath Road, Green Lane, Haslemere Avenue, Jessamine Road, Lower Boston Road, Maunder Road, Oaklands Road; Osterley Park View Road, St Dunstans Road, St Marks Road, Townholm Crescent, Walter Close, Wellmeadow Road, Westlea Road, Westminster Road upgrade to, or impose double yellow lines;
(c) on lengths of Boston Road, Cumberland Road, Elthorne Avenue, Elthorne Park Road, Lower Boston Road, Oaklands Road, introduce no loading restriction between 7-10am 4-7pm (daily).
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 6 July 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
