Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) a (2), 5 ac 84 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 iddo i phob pwer galluogi arall, a fydd yn cael yr effaith a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlenni isod.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig a datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros gynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn yn Adran yr Amgylchedd a Chynllunio, Depo Ffordd yr Abaty, Stad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam, Wrecsam a Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol.

Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Fannau Aros a Pharcio) (Cydgrynhoi) 2008 a Gorchymyn Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Ffyrdd Armywiol) (Terfynau Cyflymder) 2013 wedi’u hamrywio neu eu diddymu i’r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â’r darnau o ffyrdd a bennir yn yr Atodlenni i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Rhaid cyflwyno pob gwrthwynebiad a sylwadau eraill sy’n ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig i’r enw isod erbyn 24/07/26 a rhaid i wrthwynebiadau nodi’r rhesymau y maent yn seiliedig arnynt. Dylai unrhyw sylwadau sy’n ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn nodi teitl y Gorchymyn.

THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM

(VARIOUS ROADS, COMPOSITE) ORDER NO.3 2026

Wrexham County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 4(2), 5 and 84 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

A copy of the proposed Order and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Environment and Planning Department, Abbey Road Depot, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham and Guildhall, Wrexham, during normal office hours.

Wrexham County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2008 and The County Borough of Wrexham (Various Roads) (Speed Limits) Order 2013 are varied or revoked insofar as they relate to the lengths of road specified in the Schedules to this Notice.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 24/07/26 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Any representations relating to the Order should specify the title of the Order.
