(PERRY COMMON MEADOWS) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACE) ORDER 202*
(SPARKHILL PARK) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACE) ORDER 202*
(WARD END PARK) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACE) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 32, 35, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be to introduce off-street car parking regulations on the following car parks:

Oakland Recreation Ground Car Park, Perry Common Meadows Car Park, Sparkhill Park Car Park and Ward End Park Car Park.

The motor vehicles permitted to use the off street parking will be Motor Cars, Motor Cycles, Invalid Carriages, Buses and Motor Vehicles constructed or adapted solely for the purpose of carrying goods but not exceeding 3,500 kilograms unladen weight.

Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Director – Infrastructure and Sustainability, Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 23rd July 2026.
