BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018) (VARIATION) (No.2) (MINOR) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 32 and 35, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be as follows:
1. Vary existing provisions to direct for the payment for the use of electricity in an Electric Vehicle Parking Bay to the Recharging Supplier.
The Order will come into operation on 17th July 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 2nd July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
