(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed southbound along the section of BIRCHFIELD ROAD from its junction with Trinity Road to point approximately 46 metres south of that junction, adjacent to property number 211b Birchfield Road.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate the installation of a new telecom pole.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 13th July 2026 and will remain in force for a period of SIX DAYS or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
