Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council propose to make an order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect of which will be to amend the North Somerset Council (Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2022 to include amendments to parking restrictions (yellow lines) on Bishops Road, Cleeve, North Somerset. The extent of the proposals are described in the Schedule to this notice. Schedule - Part 3: Prohibition and Restriction or Waiting, Stopping, Loading and Unloading - No Waiting at Any Time: Bishops Road, Cleeve - double yellow lines on the southwest side of the road to be extended approximately 20m northwest from those in place at the junction with A370 Main Road to the bus cage (plan reference: CLMH-BSIP-G1-B-DP-H-0202). Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council propose to make an order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect of the order shall be to amend the North Somerset Council (Speed Limit Restrictions, North Somerset Consolidation Order 2024 to alter the speed restrictions on A370 Main Road, Cleeve, Cleeve Hill Road, Cleeve and the Layby off A370 Main Road, Cleeve. The extent of the proposals are described in the Schedule to this Notice.

Cleeve Hill Road, Cleeve - extending the current 30mph speed limit on Cleeve Hill Road to its junction with Main Road (plan reference: CLMH-BSIP-G1-B-DP-H-0200).

Layby off A370 Main Road, Cleeve, also known as Old Bristol Road (behind Field View) (entire length) - creating a new 30mph speed limit from this road's junction with Cleeve Hill Road to its junction with Main Road (plan reference: CLMH-BSIP-G1-B-DP-H-0200).

Revocation of Speed Limit Restrictions (40mph):

Temporary Prohibition of Use by Vehicles Order 2026

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.
