PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.21 BRADWELL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 18 December 2025 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Public Footpath No.21 for its entire length, has been further continued.
There is no recommended alternative route available,
The Public Footpath will be closed until 01 July 2028 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to allow for public safety due to collapsed shaft.
