RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) (CONSOLIDATION NO.2) ORDER 2026 (AMENDMENT NO.9) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2 July 2026 Sheffield City Council made the above Order which comes into operation on 6 July 2026 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
No waiting at any time on parts of Alfred Rd, Allen St, Caster Rd, Barnsley Rd, Blackburn Rd, Crookesmoor Rd, Don Rd, Ecclesall Rd, Fell St, Firshill Ave, Firshill Cres, Firshill Croft, Firshill Rise, Grange Mill Lane, Infirmary Rd, Monteney Rd, New Droppingwell Rd, Sanderson St, Scott Rd, Springvale Rd, Stamford St, Western Rd
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of Beech Hill Rd, Rossington Rd, Upper Allen St, Well Meadow Drive
No Waiting Monday to Friday 08:15 to 09:00 and 14:30 to 15:30 on part of Whiteways Rd
No loading at any time on parts of Firshill Crescent, Firshill Croft and Monteney Rd
No loading Monday to Friday 08:00 to 09:30 and 16:30 to 18:30 on part of Infirmary Rd
No loading Monday to Friday 07:30 to 09:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 on parts of Barnsley Rd, Ecclesall Rd, Firshill Avenue and Scott Rd
No stopping on the footway on part of Derek Dooley Way
Disabled persons’ badge holders parking place on parts of Beech Hill Rd and
Brookhouse Hill
Permit holders parking place Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30 on part of Barber Place
Prohibition of stopping on school entrance markings on parts of Firshill Crescent
And remove:

No loading at any time on parts of Firshill Crescent
No waiting Monday to Friday 07:30 to 09:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 on part of Ecclesall Rd

Loading place on part of Eldon St
Disabled persons’ badge holders parking place on part of Barber Place
Prohibition of stopping on school entrance markings on parts of Pingle Rd

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 6 July 2026 to make application for that purpose to the High Court.
