North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Langton to Eddlethorpe Hall, Langton, Order 2026, No. 319

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Langton to Eddlethorpe Hall, Langton for a temporary period of 3 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 06/07/26 & 28/08/26, due to bridge repair works. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Newgate, Malton for a temporary period of 2 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 20/07/26 & 31/12/26, due to footway, kerbing & road marking works. Temporary Prohibition of Parking, Newgate, Malton, Order 2026 No 342

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from parking on Newgate, Malton due to kerbing works. The max duration of this Order will be from 14/07/26 until 31/12/26 inclusive, however it is envisaged that the restriction will be in place for 2 weeks during this timescale. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Amendment No 37, Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that on 26/06/26 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Ryedale) Consolidation Order 2013” by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:-
