(Ashby Road, Cliff Gardens, Highfield Avenue, Scunthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Orders 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the under-mentioned Roads in Scunthorpe on the dates and times stated (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances), and for the NLC works as stated. All diversion routes are in reverse.
Ashby Rd (A161) from 8am 20th July-4pm 28th Aug for footway widening, new traffic signals installation, carriageway and footway resurfacing, and road markings installation - diversion A18 Kingsway, Scotter Rd, West Common Lane, Ashby Rd. Cliff Gardens from 8.30am 20th July-6pm 1st Sept 2026 for carriageway resurfacing - diversion Exeter Rd. Doncaster Rd.
Highfield Ave from 8.30am 20th July-6pm 1st Sept 2026 for structural resurfacing/carriageway reconstruction - diversion Doncaster Rd, Exeter Rd, Cliff Gardens.
