Mill Lane, Headley - Temporary Road Closure due to Utility Maintenance Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – B3002 MILL LANE, HEADLEY, EAST HAMPSHIRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:
That part of B3002 Mill Lane between its junction with High Street and its junction with Mill Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
B3002, A333, A3, B2131, B3004, B3002
DURATION OF ORDER:
From 13th July 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days, working between the hours 09:30 – 15:30).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Circet to carry out renew, replace, raise and lower frame and cover. If there are any queries or enquiries regarding this Order please contact: Ashley.bartley@circet.com
Circet will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
