Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Higher Road - from outside property number 2 Higher Road, south-eastwards for a total distance of 32 metres,
This Order will enable ZIM8 Communications Ltd to carry out jointing and drilling works on behalf of Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 14th July 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 21st July 2026 and last until 23rd July 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
