(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.) ORDER 20**
BRADFORD BUS HOTSPOT SCHEME – LITTLE HORTON LANE, PARK LANE & PARK ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:
- “no waiting at any time” on a length of Park Road, Bradford;
- “no loading at any time” on lengths of Little Horton Lane, Park Lane and Park Road, Bradford; and
- “no waiting and no loading at any time” on lengths of Park Lane and Little Horton Lane, Bradford.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the location of the proposed restrictions and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY. Copies are also on the Council’s website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order, and can be obtained from John Clark, Traffic Assistant Engineer – Dept of Place, by email John.clark2@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number PTH/HS/105805/TRO/JC.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to objections@bradford.gov.uk quoting the aforesaid reference number to be received no later than 12 noon on 21st July 2026.
