What is happening?
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to
temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Byway BA10/40 commencing from a junction
with Dunkerton Hill (A367) at ST71555929 and proceeding in a generally SSW direction for approx
411m to a junction with Public Footpath BA10/17(fp) and Public Byway BA10/17(bd) at ST71375893.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be carrying out surface improvement works. The Order will
