(Off-Street Parking Places) Notice Of Variation 2026
Ipswich Borough Council under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Local Authority Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers hereby gives notice (a "notice of variation") that it is amending Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Ipswich Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2022 (as amended), the effect of which will be to vary the charges that apply at the following parking places within the Borough of Ipswich (with no changes to any other parking places listed within the relevant Schedules) with effect from 20th July 2026:
