PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 17 June 2026, which come into operation on 29 June 2026.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 26 June 2026 a copy of this Notice, copies of the Orders, the reasons for the proposals and the Orders being amended, may be inspected online at: http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search ref P131 or ref E1 2025 or ref P126) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them or on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 17 June 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 39) Order 2026
The traffic restrictions on the following roads advertised and consulted on in the proposals reference P131 from 20 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 are due to be implemented on: Hinton Road BH1
Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 40) Order 2026
The effect of the Order is to make permanent the provisions of the experimental order Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Bournemouth Hospital, Deansleigh Road) Experimental Order (No. 1) 2025 as advertised and consulted on from 20 October 2025 until 20 April 2026 (ref E1 2025).
