What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

The Ealing (Free Parking Places) (No. 1, 2014) (Amendment No. 215) Order 2026; The Ealing (Poets Corner - Zone PC) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2019) (Amendment No. 008) Order 2026; The Ealing (Greenford Station) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2004) (Amendment No. 018) Order 2026; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 962) Order 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Order will be to, on (a) Osbourne Road the north-west side, opposite No. 32 Osbourne Road, convert four limited waiting parking bays to double yellow lines; (b) on Greenford Road the west side, opposite No. 148 Greenford Road, convert a length of permit holder parking place to double yellow lines; (c) on Birbeck Avenue, UB6 the north-east side, opposite No. 122 Birbeck Avenue, convert a length of permit holder parking place to single yellow line, to facilitate the implementation of a vehicle cross-over.

3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 2 July 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
