What is happening?
The North Ayrshire Council Bensley Avenue, Irvine (Temporary Road and Footway Closure) Order 2026
The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order. Bensley Avenue, Irvine will be closed daily 9am to 5pm from Monday 6th July 2026 to Friday 10th July 2026 and then again from Monday 20th July 2026 to Friday 24th July 2026 or until the carriageway improvement works are complete, whenever finishes earlier.
