Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024

(Amendment No. XX) Order 20XX

PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council proposes to make traffic regulations to control parking and waiting with the effects detailed in the Schedule to this notice.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION

From 26 June 2026 a copy of this Notice, the Draft Order, the Statutory Reasons for the proposals and the Order being amended, may be examined: online at https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/roads-and-travel-improvement-projects/highways-consultations; and at the Bournemouth Customer Contact Centre, St Stephen’s Rd, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB (by appointment only, Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm).

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to make representations in support of or in objection to the proposed traffic regulations, please do so online at https://bcp.traffweb.app/traffweb/2/Haveyoursay. Alternatively, you may send them in writing, quoting reference P135 and specifying the grounds of any objection to: Traffic Team, BCP Civic Centre, Bourne Ave, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY to arrive by 17 July 2026. All representations received will be available for public inspection.
