THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BATH LANE AND VALLEY LANE, MANSFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (2280)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Mansfield in the District of Mansfield: -

1. Limited Waiting Parking Bay (All Vehicles, 2 Hours Return Prohibited Within 1 Hour Mon-Sat 8am-6pm): along the following lengths of road: -
BATH LANE, MANSFIELD (the north-west side)
From a point opposite a point 11 metres north-east of its junction with Rock Valley, in a north-easterly direction for 50 metres.
2. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -
BATH LANE, MANSFIELD (the north-west side)
From a point opposite a point a point 66 metres north-east of its junction with Rock Valley in a north-easterly direction for 3 metres
VALLEY LANE, MANSFIELD (both sides)
From its junction with Rock Valley in a north-easterly direction for 15 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 3rd JULY 2026

The restrictions have been designed to ensure visibility is clear at the entrance of the new housing development and to incorporate a proposed pedestrian crossing.
