(COWDRAY CLOSE, EDELIN ROAD, PARK ROAD, PARKLANDS DRIVE AND SHELTHORPE ROAD, LOUGHBOROUGH) (AMENDMENT 8) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
to impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on parts of Cowdray Close, Edelin Road, Park Road, Parklands Drive and Shelthorpe Road, Loughborough
The Order will come into force on the sixth day of July 2026.
A copy of the Order and the relevant map is available for public inspection at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
The Order can also be viewed online at https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/cars-and-parking/traffic-management-consultations from 6th July 2026
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(VARIOUS ROADS, LOUGHBOROUGH) (AMENDMENT 9) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
to impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on parts of Albert Promenade, Elms Grove, Finsbury Avenue, King Edward Road and Lime Avenue, Loughborough
To impose Resident Permit Holders only / Partial Footway Parking on parts of Cartwright Street Loughborough. This is already in effect and, due to an anomaly, this Order validates the present system
The Order will come into force on the sixth day of July 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
to impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on parts of Watermead Lane and Ralph Close, Loughborough
The Order will come into force on the sixth day of July 2026.
