(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROHIBITION) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that on 25 June 2026 The Highland Council made an Order in terms of Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and titled as above. This Order has been made to allow Scottish Water contractors to safely undertake works on their network and shall be in operation from 09:00hrs on Thursday 16 July 2026 until 17:00 hours on Friday 24 July 2026. During this period the use by vehicles on the length of road specified in the schedule hereto except for use by Emergency Services is prohibited.
A copy of the Order can be viewed at the Grantown Service Point, The Town House, The Square, Grantown-on-Spey PH26 3HF; open Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am – 01:00pm.
SCHEDULE
Length of Road to be Closed – U2469:
Commencing 60 meters or thereby from its junction with U2459 Spey Avenue and extending for a distance of 23 meters or thereby in a north-easterly direction.
Traffic management will be in place.
Please note that emergency access will be maintained.
