THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No.,11/2 Parish of Edgcott) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 11/2, from the junction of Lawn Hill Road and EDG/FP/11/2 and continuing south west to the junction of EDG/FP/6/3 & EDG/FP/11/2. Alternative route via existing highways. The closure is required to allow for works to proceed in connection with the approved development (application ref 21/02851/AOP), as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 17/1, Parish of Grendon Underwood) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 17/1, from the junction of EDG/FP/11/1 & GUN/FP/17/1 continuing north east for approximately 225M to the junction of EDG/FP/6/3 & GUN/FP/17/1. There is no alternative route. The closure is required to allow for works to proceed in connection with the approved development (application ref 21/02851/AOP), as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
