HYSBYSIR ddwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:
Lôn i’r tu ôl i eiddo odrifau Lilian Road, Coed Duon, sy’n gwasanaethu Mayhill Bungalows.
Cau’r ffordd o bwynt tua 45 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Gordon Road am bellter o tua 55 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.
Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud mewn dau gam:
CAM 1 – Cau’r ffordd o bwynt tua 45 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Gordon Road am bellter o tua 30 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin. Am gyfnod Cam 1, bydd y system draffig unffordd o fewn y lôn hefyd yn cael ei hatal.
CAM 2 – Cau’r ffordd o bwynt tua 65 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Gordon Road am bellter o tua 35 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 6 Gorffennaf 2026 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 3 Awst 2026.
Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr i eiddo yn cael ei gynnal.
Y llwybrau amgen yw drwy Gordon Road, Coronation Road, lon ddwyreiniol Coronation Road a Mayhill Bungalows.

LANE TO REAR OF LILIAN ROAD, BLACKWOOD
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE & SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Lane to the rear of odd number properties of Lilian Road, Blackwood that serves Mayhill Bungalows.
Road to be closed from a point approximately 45 metres north-west of its junction with Gordon Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres in a north-westerly direction.
Works will be undertaken in two phases:
PHASE 1 – Road to be closed from a point approximately 45 metres north-west of its junction with Gordon Road for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a north-westerly direction. For the duration of Phase 1, the one-way traffic system within the lane will also be suspended.
PHASE 2 – Road to be closed from a point approximately 65 metres north-west of its junction with Gordon Road for a distance of approximately 35 metres in a north-westerly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 6th July 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 3rd August 2026.
Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained.
Alternative routes are via Gordon Road, Coronation Road, Coronation Road East Lane and Mayhill Bungalows.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for essential drainage works associated with the new housing development.
The order is required by Kingfisher Developments (Wales) Ltd.
