(Malvern Hills District (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026 (Limited Waiting on Taxi Ranks in Wells Road and Edith Walk, Malvern)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 1 hour 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Sat, no return within 1 hour on the following sides and lengths of roads in Malvern:-
Wells Road, Malvern (west side): from a point 20.5m south of its junction with Church Street for a distance of 18m in a southerly direction
Edith Walk, Malvern (south side): from a point 14.5m west of its junction with Back Lane for a distance of 15.3m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(Bridleway AD-546, Astley & Dunley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026
Proposed Order: To close Bridleway AD-546, Astley & Dunley from its junction with U11105 Marlborough Drive to its junction with Bridleway AD-545 & AD-547, Astley & Dunley.
The Order has been made to facilitate vehicles, plant, and site machinery associated with a housing development.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:
Pedestrians: Footpath AD545, B4196, U11100, U11105 and vice versa.
Bridleway: Bridleway AD-547, U64214 Larford Lane, B4196, U11100, U11105 and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 18 July 2026.
