(AMENDMENT 010) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 24th June 2026, Buckinghamshire Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 20 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, has made an Order which is to allow permit holders to leave and re-enter into the current Ivinghoe Freight Zone.
This Order shall come into effect on Wednesday 24th June 2026.
A copy of the Order, together with all supporting documents may be inspected between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, Buckinghamshire.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 24th June 2026, apply to the High Court.
