What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROSLISTON ROAD SOUTH, DRAKELOW
WHEN: 21 July 2026 (00:00 to 01:00)
WHERE: Rosliston Road South, Drakelow between Walton Road and Sidings Drive.
REASON: To facilitate pole replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Walton Road, Drakelow Road, Main Street, Coton Road, Rosliston Road, Burton Road, Rosliston Road South and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
