THE HARROW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 167) TRAFFIC ORDER 2026, THE HARROW (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING ON POLICE PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2026 THE HARROW (LOADING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 7) TRAFFIC ORDER 2026 AND THE HARROW (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 26) TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow on 24th June 2026 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to revise the extents of the ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions, reallocate the police parking bays and the disabled parking bay and to introduce a loading bay outside Harrow Police Station, within the service road fronting Nos. 56 to 74 Northolt Road.

3. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 29th June 2026 and of relevant previous Orders can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
